I use to come to this resort as a teenager and I was very excited to be returning with a family of my own but I was also apprehensive whether it would live it to my expectations.... and it certainly DID!!! He has entertained our grand-children with tricks in the past and we consider him a good friend. These two were our favourites! 3 outdoor pools, 1 of them with swim up bar, and 1 children's pool. We are however very sorry to hear that we were not able to reach your expectations and that there was a misunderstanding regarding your booking. Also, there are plenty of loungers (and they are comfortable) on the beach, so no need to be up at 5:30 to ensure a spot on the beach. The day we landed there had been an earthquake but that didn’t stop our bus drivers high spirits who entertained us all the way to the resort (it did take a very long time).
