Honestly I do not understand the bad reviews as ever single person (doctor/nurse/front desk assistant) that I have come in contact with was very nice and kind to me and are doing their best to help me and figure out the problem. Don't come here ever.Their own respiratory therapist said she knows they are lying on death certificates about COVID related deaths. A simple I'll come over as soon as I can would have been sufficient. It is your hospital next door.I have been here many times and it is the usual excessively long wait time however today is the worst! People were basically bleeding right in front of me. The whole time we were there not a housekeeper in sight. I had to move and continues to stare and follow. This place needs to be demolished! Dr Jacob was patient with me and answered all my questions and Dr Nick ran into me again at the MRI room and talked with me as well. Northwestern Memorial Hospital was one of the first hospitals to dedicate private rooms to all patients and continues to do so to this day. The whole place needs to be tossed in the garbage.
