For today's Extreme Trial, we'll be doing The Ruby Weapon in the Cinder Drift (Extreme). everyone who isn't the MT don't stand in front of the scary primalRW AoE - this is an unavoidable raid wide aoe, the boss will basically flex his wing and damage the whole raid group just simply heal through this4 green orb phase 4 green orb - the boss will drop 4 green orbs that will slowly expand outward simply dont touch the green aoe.
Sorry about the lack of tank tips. just stand somewhere where you wont get blown off the stage.adds (binah) & storm of words - 4 binahs will spawn two to the left and 2 from the right just have use the same positioning for the tank that you use the twin tower unbuff and pick up the adds at their respective side and bring them to the storm of words. the last point is northeast just aim to a safe location. the way to avoid this mechanic for the first time is the storm of words that will spawn only once on your first time through p3 for your second way through p3 there is no storm of words hence no way to avoid this so this boss slap is the boss enrage and will slap everyone alive off the platform to their deaths, and you can only blame your scholar for not doing more damage.This is what i did for my group. a good way to set up the the split should look like thisone group of 3(2 healers and OT) 1(MT) by himself and a group of 4(4 dps)since this jump ability will mark 1 healer and 1 dps you never have to worry about if there are too many people in one group than the other and have to hustle over to the other group to make sure they stay alive1 green orb phase 1 green orb - for the single green orb MT should reposition the boss so that the MT is facing the green orb while the raid group should have the green orb behind them.
