I called the 800 number and was told my accounts have been closed because they were inactive for two months....well I wish they told me that when I had called the day before....so the rep tells me to go to the bank and they will reinstate.....sure, I've got all the time in the world..So disgusted about this location!

I should call it steal. This manager Doug ** was a total ** who called with Ramsey on the line. The guy is just completely incompetent. I attempted to use this feature for the first time. It's a small bank as they don't have public restrooms and the parking lot is small. Also, there would be no more withdrawals from the account. She has chase they helped her 100%. I have tried to tell them it's wrong but they only want the money it generates.
However, when looking at the statements from my debit card, which I used to open the accounts, the money was obviously taken. They took their sweet time and then said it was not ruled in my favor. This bank has been a nightmare. I had to speak to several people and one of them couldn't even find my account!
If you do not balance to the dollar and realize the amounts are off they immediately (within an hour or two) hit you with an overdraft fee. Unfortunately, I forgot about an automated withdrawal (totally my fault) so the account was overdrawn from them constantly resubmitting the transaction and charging an overdraft fee. Because it has their name but it's not theirs so you can't Make a payment through them or get info.
